Privacy Policy

Image Upscaler Online (imageupscaleronline.com) is a browser-based tool for enlarging images with AI. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it. The short version: we don't want your data, so we keep as little of it as possible.

Your Images

• Images you upload are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and sent to our AI processing provider solely to produce the upscaled result.
• Images are not stored permanently on our servers. They are processed and then discarded.
• Images are never shared, sold, published, or used to train AI models by us.
• The upscaled result is returned directly to your browser. Once you leave or refresh the page, we have no copy of it.

Third-Party Processing

Upscaling runs on GPU infrastructure provided by Replicate. Your image is sent to Replicate only for the duration of processing, subject to Replicate's privacy policy. Prediction inputs and outputs on Replicate are retained only briefly and then removed.

Accounts (Optional)

You can use the upscaler as a guest — no account is required for free usage. If you choose to create an account (to buy credit packs or keep your usage in one place), we collect:

• Account information — your email address, name, and avatar. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive these from the OAuth provider; we never see your password for those services.
• Order and credit records — a history of your purchases and credit balance, stored in our database so we can provide what you paid for.

We use this information only to operate your account and never sell it.

Payments

Paid credit packs are processed by Creem, our payment provider and merchant of record. Your card or payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider — we do not store card numbers on our servers. We keep only the order records needed to credit your account (such as the product purchased, amount, and transaction status).

Free Quota Counters

To enforce the daily free quota, we keep an anonymous counter derived from your IP address. It is not linked to your identity and is used only to count free usage per day.

No Ads, No Tracking

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking scripts, and we do not set tracking cookies. Cookies are used only for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference.

Abuse Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To keep the tool free and fast, we use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish real visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. Turnstile does not show you ads and is not used to track you across sites.

Hosting and Server Logs

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like virtually all web infrastructure, Cloudflare may keep short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and request metadata) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

Your Rights

If you have an account, you can access and update your information in your account settings, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data by contacting us.

Children

The service is a general-audience tool and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how the service handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
